Rankings across all our directories use a Bayesian average that balances star ratings with review volume. This means a business cannot rank highly on a handful of perfect reviews alone. Consistency and volume both matter. To earn the Top Rated badge, a business needs at least 10 reviews and a minimum 4.0-star average.
